The Marine Mammal Conservancy organization invites you to enjoy a day of golf, good food and fun on Sunday, April 18, 2010, at the Keys Gate Golf Course in Homestead, Florida. The fundraising event will include a delicious BBQ lunch followed by the golf tournament. The winning foursome will receive a dinner for 8 at CJ’s Crab Shack on South Beach. As one of the volunteers participating in the months’ long rescue and rehabilitation of the Rough-Toothed Dolphins after their mass stranding in March 2005, I can personally attest to the wonderful work done by Marine Mammal Conservancy.

You can contribute to The Marine Mammal Conservancy’s important work with dolphins and whales in a variety of ways, from a one time donation in any amount to a major contribution to our Capital Campaign accompanied by the naming right to a research or educational building on the MMC campus. We also offer memberships in our Pod Partner Program, our “Adopt a Dolphin Program”, engraved bricks in our Pavilion and campus walkways, and many other ways to contribute to our work in the rescue and rehabilitation of dolphins and whales, education about marine mammals, research on marine mammals and the oceans and waters they inhabit, and the preservation of our natural environment through sustainable engineering, design, and construction of our permanent facilities.
