Join the Pinecrest Business Association, local sponsors, friends, neighbors and me at the Taste of Pinecrest festival tomorrow at Pinecrest Gardens. Back for its ninth year, the festival will feature children's rides and activities, music and dance performances by local school groups, a student art show and, of course, delicious food from 20 Pinecrest-area restaurants. There will also be a raffle with excellent prizes.
All proceeds from the festival benefit the five Pinecrest area public schools: Palmetto Elementary, Pinecrest Elementary, Howard Drive Elementary, Palmetto Middle and Miami Palmetto Sr. High.
